To enhance excellence in service delivery to our customers, GHLI-L has established a monthly performance evaluation scheme for drivers who carry out deliveries. The drivers’ performance is assessed based on various indicators that promote service excellence, using well-crafted KPIs that have been reviewed to ensure that the results reflect the sheer commitment of rewarded personnel to quality.
Therefore, In October 2023, five drivers received cash awards for their outstanding performances. Going forward, we plan to broaden the scope of the reward system for exceptional work to incorporate other deliverables with a view to motivating other categories of staff to imbibe service excellence.
